– Dana Tlbrk Dark Side of Fireside –

December 11, 2006 – We're back from Italy and my time was pretty tight this week, so I'm taking a break from the travelogue to show you one of my very favorite dogs from the 2006 GDCA National, Dana Tlbrk Dark Side of Fireside, aka Vader.

I knew nothing about this dog (he was not listed in the catalog) but the minute I saw him I thought to myself, "What a stunning creature!" Vader won his class, 12-18 Month Dogs, and then went on to win Reserve Winners Dog. I turned my camera to Vader whenever he was in the ring and I took a slew of photos. I have since learned that he was bred by Dawn Dana and Jackie White Vorst; he's owned by Dawn Dana, Jackie White Vorst, and John & Barbara Garcia. Vader lives with the Garcias and Barbara was his handler. Congratulations to all.
