— Why Shout when you can Whisper? — August 7, 2006 – This week's DaDane features a portrait of BISS CH Orleans Whisper of Chimo TX-C, aka Whisper. It's based on a photo I took at last year's National shortly before (then)18-month-old Whisper did her "thing in the ring" at the Parades. Whisper, who is being specialed, was bred by Nancy and Kim Lerch, Sharon Hennessey, and Marilyn Riggins. Since she is the daughter of one of my favorites, Gabbie, I like to keep an eye on her progress. Whisper lives in Austin, TX, with Sharon Hennessey, who is her exclusive handler. She is ranked in the AKC's Top 25, and more importantly, she currently ranks in the elite Top 20.
