– Greetings
from Paris –
June 06,
2005 – (Updated, June 07) – We arrived in Paris last Sunday,
May 29. I was simply too tired to put up a new installment for DaDane
of
DaWeek
the
following
day, especially since I'd no time to work up a new article before our
departure. (Sorry about that!) We've been in Paris for nine days now
and all I can say is, "Wow!"
The
weather has been wonderful and there is so much to see – museums
and galleries, churches and cathedrals, palaces and parks, plus all
the scenic views
along the Seine. We're enjoying our apartment, which is located close
to "Place de la Bastille" where we can easily jump onto the
subway and go anywhere we want. I've never been happier – or busier.
Paris is a photographer's paradise.
I am not going to write much today. I'd rather
show you some of the sights I've enjoyed during the past week. I will
add more photos as the week progresses, so please check back.
