Great Dane: DaDane 4-24-00

Early in the morning on Easter Sunday I strolled out to the garden to view the Spring tulips. You can imagine my surpise when I encountered an enormous rabbit reclining in my tulip bed. The Easter Bunny!

Or was it? In an instant the strange creature jumped up and bounded off, leaving me to wonder. What had I actually seen? Were my eyes playing tricks on me? Fortunately I was able to snap a picture before he got away.

Special note: Next Tuesday I am leaving for Bremen, Germany. I'll be there for a week. I would love to take some pictures of German Great Danes. If anyone has information about nearby shows please contact me at ginnie@ginnie.com.
