I think Stephanie is right,, Great Dane people are special !!!!I love the story about her 2 boys and the pictures too.. always looking forward to the DaDane of the week... |
Great looking & I wish we could get our "kids" to sit/stay like that <G>.
Lovely boys. Beautiful natural ears. Thanks for sharing.
The breeder decided to "kick out" the litter when the pups were 7 weeks old???? What does that even mean?
They're gorgeous doggies & they sound very sweet. I'm all for the natural ears.
Ginnie, another winner of a page! Great stories about two terrific examples of the breed. My congratulations to Stephanie for caring enough to make sure her dogs are healthy and well-adjusted. Somehow, however, I can't picture my darling 213 lb. Clipper squeezing through one of those rings! Big smiles on that one!
Thanks always for a great site that gives me a taste of something I no longer have.

I'd have to agree that the worst things happen to the nicest. My heart goes out to you & Merlen with his Wobblers. My great dane "Jackson" had surgery for Wobblers at 3 years of age. He was with us until December 2005, 2 months short of his 10th birthday. How wonderful it is that surgery has given Merlen a second chance. Good luck in the obedience & agility with Merlen & Newton. What lovely dogs!
Gorgeous portrait of the boys!
Stephanie, you have done such a wonderful job with your dogs. I have enjoyed cheering Newtie on from the agility sidelines. He is such a pleasure to watch. What a fun, happy go lucky boy! I look forward to cheering on Merlen in the obedience ring and who knows maybe we'll be inspired to join you.
Best of Wishes to you all!
