These are great -- danes and agility seems like an oxymoron if ever there was one -- it was great to see these dogs having fun! (Lord knows if they didn't like it there's no way anyone would get them through a tube! Some day I would really like to see this in person to get the full effect. Thanks for the photos -- the next best thing.

Ginnie, Again you have gotten some great action shots & captured the intense concentration of the Danes & Handlers.
Morgan with "up" ears, gotta love it. but FYI Ginnie, you didn't miss qualifier Ringo, that dog was only there for the Rally trial and team obedience, non qualifying Ringo attended the agility trial and the rest of the obedience.
absolutely fabulous -
love those pics "in action"
congrats to all participants
I am in AWE of these dogs and their owners who have trained together in order to form these teams in the Agility ring.
It's one thing to show conformation, to exhibit the skeletal perfection and outward beauty of how the dog is put together, but to perform Agility is, to me, the ULTIMATE exhibition!
I get chills watching the connection, the inner bond between dog and handler.
I have a profound respect for each and every one of you - dog and owner alike. It is my dream to someday have a dog in the Agility ring, and to accomplish just some of what you folks have.
Congratulations to each of you!
Ginnie you made my day. The faces those dogs are making (with their ears and jowls flapping in the wind) is absolutely priceless. I was laughing so hard the lady in the office next to mine had to come over and see what all the fuss was about!
Ginnie,
you did a fantastic job of capturing the agility dogs. It is not easy getting a still shot of dogs on the move...especially when there is no telling where they might be moving to or from! I do love the look on their faces.
great shots !!!!! love the danes !!!! they look like they are having a great time ...
Ginnie, I remember coming up to you that day and sharing with you that the photographer who was scheduled to take pictures was in the hospital. Angels sent you ringside and I learned a whole lot more about your multi-talented self. Thank you for capturing our special moments at the 2005 GDCA Nat'l Specialty. You are a beautiful gift to us all.
