Ginnie, As I told you last week, I enjoy the pictures & "articles" regardless of the subject. Gives some of us a look at places that we know we will never see first-hand. I liked the subtile way you mixed the Dane into the story. :-)

The picture of that street dog was heart-breaking. I have friends from India who cannot for the life of them understand the bond I have with my Danes, as they've explained to me the position of dogs where they come from. How very sad. I wish there was something I could do to help them.....

I love this, it is so facinating...I was there once, and if anyone wants to complain about the US...just go to India for a day. Even the poorest here would feel rich.

I would agree with Kelly. That poor street dog breaks my heart. It certainly makes you want to hug your own "babies" and be thankful that you can help the one's you can. (We have rescued about 10 dogs so far over the years).

I just discovered your site and it's wonderful! I was a little shocked to see an elephant - initially thought it was the biggest great dane in the world! Thanks for the amusement!

Very happy to see " QUINN" of Mr Rajesh Katyal on your site. Rajesh came acroos to me as a very honest and dedicated Great Dane breeder........while everybody was ready to sell me a puppy....Rajesh refused me for one as he thought that the puppy was not what I was looking for and advised to wait for the right one. He also advised me to study about the breed and gave me several site address and this was one of them. I am now working in Japan and I am waiting for my first dane from Mr Rajesh.

I went to India two years ago as a volunteer. I found a little street dog and could not walk away from her, she looked just like the dog in the picture. She is now here in America and she is so beautiful we can't walk with her without being stopped by people saying how beautiful she is. She is happy and sweet and very loved by our family.
